2. Custom Laser Engraving & Order Accuracy

Petybuzz specializes in custom laser-engraved collars for dogs and cats. Because each item is personalized exclusively for your pet:

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the engraving details (such as pet name and contact telephone numbers) and the collar size selected are 100% accurate before finalizing your purchase.
• Engraving Preview: The interactive preview on our product page is a digital representation. Slight variations in character spacing, font proportion, and plate alignment may naturally occur as each collar is individualistically engraved by our workshop team.
• Order Modifications: If you notice an error in your submitted information, you must email hello@petybuzz.com within 2 hours of checkout so we can update the engraving queue before production starts.

3. Pricing, Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in USD unless a localized currency is displayed. We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.

4. Shipping, Production & Delivery Timelines

Once your collar has been crafted and handed to the postal carrier, a tracking number is automatically dispatched to your email address. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, Petybuzz is not liable for carrier delays caused by extreme weather, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Pet Safety, Sizing & Proper Usage

The safety of your pet is our highest priority. Please adhere to the following safety guidelines:

• Proper Fitting: Always use the “two-finger rule” when adjusting your pet’s collar. You should be able to comfortably slip two fingers between the collar and your pet’s neck to prevent choking or slipping out.
• Routine Inspection: Regularly inspect your collar, buckle, and D-ring for signs of excessive wear and tear. No collar is completely indestructible against aggressive chewing or extreme tie-out forces.
• Intended Use: Our collars are designed for daily wear, identification, and standard walking. They should never be used as a tie-out cable or stake restraint.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All content on this website—including brand names, logos, product imagery, graphics, text, styling, and software—is the exclusive property of Petybuzz and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petybuzz, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any product or service purchased through our store, including improper collar fitting, unsupervised pet wear, or lost pets. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the purchased item.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
