- 8 ounces of pasta rotini or penne
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/3 cup olives black or green, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta.
Prepare the broccoli.
Drain the pasta and broccoli.
Combine the veggies and pasta.
Make the dressing.
