Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced onions and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
  • Stir in minced garlic, and sauté for an additional minute.
  • Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
  • Cook the beef until browned and cooked through.
