- 2 beef fillet steaks 200g each
- 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Crush the black peppercorns coarsely.
