Ingredients

  • 2 beef fillet steaks 200g each
  • 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Crush the black peppercorns coarsely.
  • Season the fillet steaks with salt and coat with olive oil.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Sear the fillet steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet after flipping the steaks.
  • Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the steaks, drizzle with the pan juices, and garnish with parsley.
