Ingredients

  • 1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the slices with olive oil and season.
  • Bake the bread for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • While the crostini bake, prepare the cheese mixture.
