- 12 fresh jalapeños
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the jalapeños by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing seeds.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
