Indulgent Fried S'mores Bombs for a Sweet Treat
Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, Fried S'mores Bombs bring a nostalgic twist to any gathering, delighting both kids and adults alike.
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 package of biscuit dough about 8 pieces
- Oil for frying about 2-3 cups
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Prepare the filling by mixing marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it out.
Place a spoonful of the s'mores filling in the center of the flattened dough.
Fold the dough over the filling to create a ball and seal the edges well.
Heat oil in a deep pot until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Carefully drop the filled dough balls into the hot oil in batches.
Remove the fried bombs and drain them on a paper towel.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
