Prepare the pears by halving and coring them.

Fill each pear half generously with the oat mixture.
Place the stuffed pears in a baking dish and cover them with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the tops.
Serve warm, drizzled with honey if desired.
