Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake tater tots for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once golden brown, remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions, paprika, and any remaining toppings.
  • Drizzle with sour cream and nacho cheese sauce before serving.
