- 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Prepare your strawberries by washing and chopping them.
