Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and place it in the bottom of the baking dish, pressing it flat.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer in the baking dish.
Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough over the cream cheese filling, sealing the seams gently.
Pour the melted butter over the top dough layer evenly.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of the melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
