Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 ounces ham diced
  • 3 ounces Swiss cheese diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Fold in the diced ham, diced Swiss cheese, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into an even loaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
