- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
Brush the portobello caps with the garlic butter mixture.
