Ingredients

  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese cheddar or American
  • 2 slices of bread bagel, English muffin, or any sandwich bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the bacon strips in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the bacon for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy.
  • While the bacon cooks, crack the eggs into a bowl and season.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the eggs at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes.
  • Add the cheese on top of the eggs and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the cooked bacon, eggs, and cheese from the air fryer.
  • Toast the bread in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the sandwich with bacon, eggs, and cheese between the slices of bread.
