Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg.
  • Chill the cheesecake mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Form the chilled cheesecake into bite-sized squares or balls.
