Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  • Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and continue to beat.
  • Layer the bottom of a serving dish with chocolate pudding.
  • Slice the bananas and arrange them on top of the chocolate pudding.
  • Spread a layer of peanut butter over the bananas.
  • Add a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the peanut butter.
  • Repeat the layering process until ingredients are used up, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
