Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium skillet, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach mixture, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Fold in the shrimp and crab meat gently to avoid breaking them.
  • Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth out the top.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbling on the edges.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
