In the same pot, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, sautéing until softened.
Stir in the rice, ensuring it's coated with the aromatic mix.
Pour in the chicken broth and return the chicken to the pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, stir in the heavy cream and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
