Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the skillet.
  • Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken and set it aside on a plate.
