  • 1 lb chicken breast diced

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sautĂ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the diced chicken, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
  • Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
