- 10 oz linguine
- 1 lb chicken breast diced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the diced chicken, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
